4. Payments and Fees

• Komisio is free for businesses with an annual turnover of up to $10,000 (€9,200). This limit resets every calendar year, meaning all businesses—regardless of their previous year's turnover—will start each year with the first $10,000 (€9,200) in turnover free of charge.
• If a business exceeds this threshold, a fee of 1% applies to the excess turnover. For example, a store with an annual turnover of $50,000 will pay 1% on $40,000, resulting in a charge of $400 for that year.
• Users will be notified in advance if they are approaching the $10,000 threshold, allowing them to decide whether to continue under the paid plan. If they choose not to, they can stop using Komisio at no cost before any charges apply.
• All payments are processed through third-party providers, and Komisio is not responsible for any transaction failures.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

• Komisio owns all intellectual property related to the platform.
• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Komisio without permission.
• You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant Komisio a license to use it for providing services.

6. Termination of Service

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service.
• Engaging in fraudulent or harmful activity will result in termination.
• Failure to comply with payment obligations may lead to account restrictions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Komisio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

Komisio is not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, data, or business interruptions.
• Issues arising from third-party services integrated with Komisio.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Komisio after changes means you accept the new terms.
