1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Komisio platform, including the web application, mobile applications, APIs, integrations, and related services.

Komisio is operated by Inority AB (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using Komisio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Komisio is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to support commission-based retail, second-hand commerce, and circular economy workflows.

Features may include:

• Item registration and tracking
• Seller management
• Pricing workflows
• Reporting and analytics
• Third-party integrations (POS, accounting, etc.)

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of a legally registered business. Komisio is intended for business use (B2B).

4. Account Registration

To use Komisio, you must create an account and provide accurate business information. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity under your account.

5. Subscription & Fees

Komisio is offered under subscription plans (e.g., Free, Silver, Gold, Platinum). Fees may be billed monthly or annually.

Payments are processed via third-party providers. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Commission Sales & Store Responsibility

Komisio provides software tools only. We do not own goods, act as a reseller, or participate in transactions between stores and sellers.

Each store is fully responsible for:

• Seller agreements
• Consumer protection compliance
• Tax and VAT handling
• Accounting and reporting

7. Data & Ownership

Business data entered into Komisio remains the property of the customer. The Komisio software, branding, and architecture remain the intellectual property of Inority AB.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer the software
• Upload malicious code

9. Third-Party Integrations

Komisio may integrate with external systems. We are not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, or service interruptions caused by external providers.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and technical interruptions may occur.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inority AB shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, data loss, or business interruption.

Total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the previous 12 months.

12. Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or unpaid fees.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
